A Dollar Goes Much Further Now

For the last few years we have seen a decline in the value of the US dollar that has made many places of the world more expensive for travelers with US dollars.  But, as Bob Dylan said, “The times they are a-changing.”  Over the last few months we have seen a steady increase in the strength of the dollar.  Even compared to the Euro or the Japanese Yen, the dollar has strengthened and has turned these expensive destinations into more reasonable places to travel.  If you are looking for a sign that now is the right time to get out on the road and travel internationally, then this is it.

For more information about the change in value of the US dollar check out this article from Yahoo and CNN.
