As the Director of Technology at AirTreks, I personally wanted to address our outage yesterday. On March 24, our website and phone lines went down and were unavailable from approximately 10:56 am through 2:32 pm. AT&T reported the cause of the outage as a “failed network card in the routing equipment at the central office.”
