You can talk to us

Upper Class, Club Class, Premier Class, whatever your airline calls it, if you decide to upgrade out of coach, AirTreks can help. We navigate the maze of international business class products for you to ensure you get the best available solution to match your individual needs and budget. Use AirTreks for your business class around-the-world or multi-stop trip, and a simple conversation with a Personal Travel Consultant is all you need to have.

Planning a complex trip is a balancing act – you have to consider airline quality, availability, routing efficiency, flight schedules and of course price differences for each flight.  We are not beholden to specific alliance airlines so we can customize your trip with airlines and routes that make the most sense for you.

Prices

We won’t know the exact price until you start setting the details of the trip, but to start, have fun creating different trip scenarios with our TripPlanner application.  Then calculate a custom business class RTW fare at about three to four times the coach fare. Compare your result with the starting price of an average airline alliance RTW fare which is between $8,800 to $10,855 for their lowest mileage band, and don’t forget to add $500-$1500 for taxes and fuel surcharges.

Then call us.

Since your trip with AirTreks is custom, you’ll be able to decide flight by flight if you want to upgrade to an elite five star airline or perhaps to reduce the cost by flying coach on a shorter flight, or to travel overland, or perhaps fly premium economy or even first class if you like.

Mileage Programs and the Alliances

We know you probably belong to at least one loyalty program, so earning miles is important to you. SkyTeam, OneWorld and the Star Alliance offer great around-the-world products, but we can do better. Give us your required cities and dates and more often than not, we can come up with a fare that will knock a few thousand off the alliance prices and still allow you to earn your frequent flyer miles.  If we can’t, we’ll be honest about it and refer you to the airlines directly.
